In brief

This website does not set cookies, does not use tracking and does not load content from third parties. Fonts and images are hosted on our own server. We only process personal data if you write to us via the contact form or by email.

Server logs

When you visit the website, our server processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type). This serves the secure operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are deleted after 14 days at the latest.

Contact form and email

When you write to us, we process your details (name, organisation, email address, enquiry type, message) in order to respond to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). To deliver the message to our mailbox we use the email service Mailjet (Mailjet SAS, Paris, France) as a data processor; the data is processed within the EU. The message is not stored on our website itself. We delete your data once the enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

External links

Some pages link to third-party services, for example videos on YouTube or our LinkedIn profile. The privacy policy of the respective provider only applies once you follow such a link.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise these rights, contact mail@easysg.de. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg.
